Dr. Abhishek Behl

Abhishek Behl is a researcher in the area of human-computer interaction. He has earned his second Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where his research is in the area of crowdfunding and gamification. His first Ph.D. is in the area of strategic information technology from Symbiosis International University, Pune. He holds rich experience in teaching, research and consultancy in the area of gamification. His research is in the area of business analytics and decision sciences with a focus on gamification, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, and e-commerce start-ups. Dr. Manish Gupta

(Ph.D., UGC NET – JRF, RPSC-SET, MBA)​Manish Gupta (Ph.D. UGC-JRF, MBA) is an Assistant Professor at School of Management, Mahindra University. He also served as Assistant Professor in the Department of HR at IBS Hyderabad, a Constituent of IFHE, Deemed to be University. His Ph.D. thesis is in the area of ‘work engagement’. His current research interests include work engagement, internet engagement, and brand engagement. The area in which he is intensely working is engagement through gamification. Manish is a recipient of UGC-JRF and NET certificates. His teaching areas are HRM, OB, HR analytics, and competency mapping. He has both teaching and industry experience. He is Editorial Team Member of Journal of Global Information Management, Cogent Business and Management, International Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations, International Journal of Cyber Behavior, Psychology and Learning, and HRM Review magazine. He has been a Guest Editor for 17 calls for papers published by Emerald, Wiley, Sage, Elsevier etc ranging from ABDC-A* to C. He has authored more than 40 and reviewed more than 200 research papers. He has won the Top Peer Reviewer 2019 award by Publons, USA (Web of Science) and also AIMS International Outstanding Young Management Researcher Award 2019. He has also won the ADHR best issue of 2018 award by AHRD, USA. His work has received media coverage in national and international magazines, newspapers, blogs and news channels.
